"I absolutely love aura align. I am a person who typically hates working out and I really dislike the gym. About a month ago I decided to sign up for a reformer Pilates class with Kayla since it was something I was familiar with and more of my forte. I absolutely loved my class so much that I now go 3-4 times a week. Kayla does an amazing job of communicating the workouts. There is no need to fret if you are new to any of the classes she has to offer as Kayla will talk you through. The studio provides a strong community to bettering yourself and I highly recommend any service offered. 10/10"

"I’ve been to a few classes so far at Aura Align and as soon as you walk in you can feel the good and calming energy that this place exudes. The hot Pilates class is exactly what my body needs post having babies and a weak pelvic floor. I also went to an evening sound bath/meditation class and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I’m excited to go back and try the hot yoga classes as well!"
