As classes continue to grow and fill, we will be strongly enforcing our cancellation policy.

Due to limited reformers and spaces in mat classes, we are having a few late cancellation and no show issues which is taking away from others who may have been on the waitlist or wanted to sign up. With that being said, for both Reformer and Mat classes, if you do have a last minute situation (we understand!) and will give you a pass for certain situations. If it becomes a trend we will start to charge a late cancellation fee. Your class pass will go back onto your account for future use, but we will charge your card a $10 late fee. Cancellations must be done no later than 12 hours prior to class to avoid this fee.

If you have an inconsistent schedule (we understand that MANY do), we encourage you to sign up in the moment/last minute rather than weeks in advance resulting in an unfortunate cancellation. If you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy please don’t hesitate to let us know! We just want to ensure everyone gets the opportunity to attend classes and alleviate most of the late cancellations!
